Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing queue. All orders are manually prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment location in Montreal, Canada, allowing us to ensure proper quality checks and secure packaging before shipment.

Orders are processed within 12–24 business hours. During high-demand periods, orders may be grouped for efficient dispatch, but processing will not exceed 24 hours under normal conditions.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped, not at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier operations, customs clearance (for U.S. orders), holidays, or weather conditions. TechTok Palace is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.
