Refund policy

Return Policy – TechTok Palace

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at customertechtokpalace@gmail.com or submit a request through our self-serve return portal. All return requests are reviewed and approved by our team before being accepted.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back to our Montreal, Canada warehouse for inspection. For customers located outside of Canada (including the USA), return transit times may be longer due to distance and cross-border shipping.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 10% restocking fee applies only to returns that are not the result of a defect, damage, or fulfillment error on our side. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and processing costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.

No restocking fee applies if:

-The item is defective

-The product arrived damaged

-You received the wrong item


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

-Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

-Custom or personalized products

-Personal care items (such as beauty products)

-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
